Exchange and refund policy

Product quality assurance:

We strictly control the quality, each sex doll is carefully crafted, attention to detail. Every sex doll is inspected by a series of professionals at every stage of the production process, which includes rigorous on-site testing to ensure that all moving parts operate correctly and that there are no marks, tears or blemishes on the skin. Rest assured that all our dolls meet the highest standards of perfection and quality.

If your product is defective or damaged during shipping, please take a photo or video of the damage immediately after unpacking and contact us immediately, we will provide you with the appropriate service (repair/replacement/compensation/refund), it should be noted that in rare cases, the recipient may intentionally damage the product, which is not covered by our product warranty.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Cancellation within 2 hours of payment: full refund, we do not charge any fee.

Cancellation of order after 2 hours of payment: Because the sex doll is already in the process of being made, 30% of the total amount will be deducted (e.g. material loss, artist commitment)

You cannot cancel your order 24 hours after payment
